[Cvsnt] (no subject)

Can anyone help point me in the right direction.
I have successfully installed and configured almost all of cvsnt on the first attempt.
I have one outstanding issue, when I select a file and pick download I get the following url.

Note the double name checkoutlist.  Can anyone tell me what I have configured wrongly?
