[Cvsnt] Help on CVSNT installation and CVSWeb HTTP 500 internal error

I had a similar problem and it came down to permissions problems (I run
cvsweb and the repo on different machines). In the end I used Apache so
that I could set the user for the web-server service in the control
panel on my NT server machine.
