[Cvsnt] Automatic logging of changes in source files by CVS ?

Hi !

Does any of you guys/girls know whether (and if so, how) it is possible to
log the changes in the source file itself ? I saw some code where it seemed
that the changes are logged in the source file using some comments tags:

* $Log: SAXCountHandlers.hpp,v $

* Revision 1.5 2002/02/01 22:41:07 peiyongz

* sane_include

* Revision 1.4 2001/08/02 17:10:29 tng

* Allow DOMCount/SAXCount/IDOMCount/SAX2Count to take a file that has a list

Is this recommended ? Do people really want this in the source file itself ?

Any suggestions ?
