[Cvsnt] Bug in space computation procedure in CVSNT 1.11.1.3 installer

I cannot install CVSNT 1.11.1.3 Build75c on 10GB partition because a
message "There is no space to install these options ..." appears.
Of course there is enough space available. Space required on drive being
dispalyed in dialog window is "0" - strange thing.
