[Cvsnt] client authentication password file

Recently I upgraded from WinCVS 1.3 beta 6 to beta 8.
But if I do a 'cvs up' now I get an error message indicating that the
password is empty. It seems that the new cvs version (1.11.1.3) ignores the
$HOME/.cvspass file and uses some registry key instead.

How can I still use the .cvspass file with the new version?
