[Cvsnt] Moving archives

Given that you have full control of who has the module (=project)
checked out you can do as follows:
1) Stop the cvs service on the server (to prohibit work during the
chnage)
2) Move the module directory with its contents to the desired location
inside the repository
3) Restart the cvs service
4) Tell all people who have the module checked out that they need to
do one of the following:
- Change all the CVS/Root files to reflect the new location
- Check out the module anew from the new location
