[cvsnt] can't compile cvsnt, *addrinfo not defined for Service.cpp

I am trying to set up my new laptop so it can compile cvsnt.
So far I have installed:
- Visual Studio 6 plus Service Pack 5
- Platform SDK Nov 2001 including the internet stuff
I have also downloaded the kerberos files

When I try to build cvsnt I get no less than 28 errors starting with:
C:\Bosse\Projects\cvsnt\cvsservice\Service.cpp(168) : error C2065:
'addrinfo' : undeclared identifier

All of the others are also from Service.cpp

What could be the problem here?
My revision of Service.cpp is 1.21.4.3 on the CVSNT_1_11_1_3_REL
branch.
