[cvsnt] Using script in CVSNT

As Bo told you, you must create a script and edit commitinfo to call your script.
The name of the commiting file is passed as a command line parameter and you can 
find information about the version a commiting file is based on into ./CVS/Entries

Could I use a script in CVSNT server? For example, I want to do a check on
each checkin to specify which branch it should be checked in.
