[cvsnt] New fields in CVSNT Repo file confuse ViewCVS

ViewCVS - the new fields are valid within the existing RCS specification
(see 'man rcsfile'), and ViewCVS should just be ignoring them if it doesn't
use them, just like older versions of CVS do.
