'cvs ls .' will do this. I've made the parameter optional now so it does 
this by default.

I used -l because it is the same as the unix 'ls' command, which I'm 
somewhat familiar with.  I'd prefer to keep it, but I'm open to 
persuasion if you have a really good reason to change it...
