[Cvsnt] pserver problem

I have installed all but Win95 support and the fork protocol.
The pserver_protocol.dll ist definitely there.

I tried to set up the protocol using

Is there a similar description for setting up the ext protocol?
(The Eclipse SDK seems to support this protocol, too)
