[Cvsnt] Files always showing as modified

I have recently started using CVS NT 1.11.1.1 Build 27 & WinCVS 1.2 on
W2K boxes and have just imported a new module, and after checking out
all the files show as modified. I added a new module last week and all
was fine but every module I add now has this problem.

After some experimentation I have found that any file that I import or
commit before the 10th of a month always shows as modified after
checking out or committing. However, if I import or commit on or after
the 10th then all if fine.

Is this a bug or have I missed a setting somewhere or got a mismatch of
dlls/exe versions etc?
