[Cvsnt] What does this mean

I had some kind of similar error (with build 41) when I did
the following:
1. Open the CVS control panel applet (and leave it open).
2. Login from my cvs client works fine.
3. Perform a "list modules on server"
=> Memory could not be written app error.
(I can give you more details if you want).
If I close the CVS control panel applet, no problems.
