[Cvsnt] Windows NT 4.0 Server Platform versus Windows 2000 Server Platfor m for latest CVS Server for NT

Hi,

I installed cvsnt on Windows 2000 SP 1
and
Windows NT 4.0 SP6.

So far I couldn't spot a big difference!
