[Cvsnt] Cant get any remote protocols working - please help

There's quite a lot changed... the entire protocol layer was rewritten 
around that time.  It seems to work for most people though - although I 
don't primarily use ntserver it does get a fair bit of testing by people
on here, so bugs get found quickly.
