[Cvsnt] Problems with WinCVS since CVSNT v.1.11.1.2

Hi,

I have the same problem.

If I use cvs.exe from cvsnt I can not connect to the server with
pserver and ntserver.

If I use the cvs.exe from WinCVS1.x it works.
