[Cvsnt] Is CVSNT up-to-date with the CVS mainline?

No idea about the transferring password in environment thing.  It's not 
something I've ever done.  You can put it in the CVSROOT but I'd 
recommend against it for security reasons.

btw. The difference between 1.11.1 and 1.11.1p1 was one line (an obvious 
bug fix, actually) and that's already in cvsnt.
