[Cvsnt] pserver Protocol broken?

It's impossible to add more than one user to the passwd file! I tried to add the users with the cvs command and by hand, via the keygen generator.
The last version there the protocol works was beta6, current version beta9 has this problem.
The deamon run an an NT4 Server, SP6a.
