[Cvsnt] Possible to make control panel applet network aware?

That could be done, but some of the functionality of cvsntcpl get
lost from a remote machine (you can not browse the local dierectory
tree etc..). Only the registry settings can be monitored/changed and
the cvs-service can be started/stopped.
So which functions would you like to have from a remote machine?
