[Cvsnt] Bind operation failed

Hi
  We have installed CVS NT 1.11.1.3 Beta 4 (B.45) on 2k box and in Event
log we have a message like "Bind port operation failed". Have you ideas
what's happening ? Port is free on server and it failes both when
pserver and nt is check and unchecked.
