[Cvsnt] Expose CVSNT to internet

It will not be secure unless you use either a VPN or ssh. I recently went
through a lot of hassle trying to get a vpn or ssh working. I was not able
to get the VPN working to the point that I felt comfortable with it. I
would recommend ssh. If you do that though, make sure you remove CVSNT
from your server, ( it doesn't work with the ssh protocol ), install cygwin
with its ssh and cvs copies on the server and use those. That is
currently working for me.
