[Cvsnt] Timeout errors

I am getting timeout errors trying to synch or access a CVS repository on NT. If I keep trying, it will
eventually work. Is there a way to increase the timeout interval?
I do not see any configuration of *.ini file anywhere in under the CVS directory.
