[Cvsnt] cvswrappers *.* -k 'b'

Oracle Developer (Oracle Forms and Reports) stores all of the
information in a binary file format. In the newest version they will
have a new xml-based file format that might be usable but I don't know
how long it will take for that feature to become stable.
