[Cvsnt] Bugs?

Hello cvsnt,

- when I'm working in local method, while I'm doing commit,
  scripts called from loginfo, have CVSROOT looking like
  :local:/path/
  Shudn't :local: be stripped out?
  PS. I'm using cvs from CygWin, that means, real path looks like:
  :local:/cygdrive/d/path

- also I have cvs service configured to run as "cvs" user, I observed, that
  scripts called in loginfo are run as "cvs" user, not user which was really
  using. It's that right?
  I don't think it is, since example script in loginfe uses "id" command, to get
  name of user which is commiting.
