[Cvsnt] cvsweb permission

Hi,
I setup CVSWEB.  It works fine with IUSER_SERVERNAME added on the module and
Anonymous checked on IIS.  But if I remove IUSER_SERVERNAME, nobody can
access the module.  How can I let the user access the module if I remove
IUSER_SERVERNAME and keep Anonymous on?  Thank you in advance for the
answer.
