[Cvsnt] Unable to build cvsnt 1.11.1.3 in Visual Studio 6

I'm using Visual Studio 6 (SP5) to build the application but compiler
complaints about "addrinfo" when building the pserver_protocol.dll. The
struct should be declared in "ws2tcpip.h" but it's not in my environment.
What can I do to get it working?
