Also another one I found - http://http-tunnel.com.  Uses different
technology (it's a pure IP-over-HTTP implementation).

I'll have to check the firewall at work to make sure this kind of stuff
doesn't work through it - I'd rather nobody was able to run Morpheus over
the corporate LAN.
