[Cvsnt] cvsweb on IIS 4.0 (newbie)

I was using cvsweb on IIS 5.0 for a while, but was encountering some
problems with pages not fully loading, where the users would have to
continually 'reload' the page, to see data.

I switched to viewcvs (for windows: http://russ.hn.org/viewcvs/) as that
seemed to be where the development efforts were going...
