[Cvsnt] Problems with update/commit

The authentification works fine
But when i commit a new file "test", there is just "test,v" createn
remotely...
And when i want to update from the remote cvs, i don't see the new files
added on the server, but wincvs doesn't return any error, why ???

Thanks for your help, i'm new in cvs so if you could explain with details it
would be fine :-)
