[Cvsnt] CVS server in internet

There are many places on the internet that will give you read-only
access to a (Unix) CVS server. The ones that come to mind are
sourceforge.net, mozilla.org, and netbeans.org. I assume that cvsnt.org
is using a Windows server.
Read-write access is harder to get; you have to convince somebody to
give it to you.
