[Cvsnt] using log returns to many records

That was a typo in my post. I was using the correct syntax. I even cut
and pasted your command line and tried it. CVS still returns the entire
repository. I must be missing something, 'cause I was sure there was an
easy way to tell which files had been changed since a certain date.
