[Cvsnt] pserver login problem

I confirm the problem.

If an user tries to login with pserver it seems only to work
if the user has a valid NT account.

However the password from the passwd-file is taken.

I used cvsnt rc2 with:

SystemAuth==no
and
Impersonation disabled!
