[Cvsnt] Unable to compile cvsnt 1.11.1.3 on w2k

On my w2k system it is impossible to comile the current version 1.11.1.3 of
winnt, because the struct *addrinfo isn't defined anywhere.

I assume it should be defined in the Platform SDK, but in my version (July
2000) it isn't.
Is it required to use a newer SDK?

When the #define HAVE_GSSAPI is not set, there seems to be created a "dummy
version" of this struct.
