[Cvsnt] cvs question

Hello, everyone

I know this is a CVS question, not a cvsnt question, but I'll give it a go
anyway.
How do you delete a file from CVS completely? I mean, get rid of the file
and all its history, so that CVS doesn't even know it exists? Is it at all
possible?
