[Cvsnt] Named pipe error

Hello,

I'm using Wincvs over ntserver protocol. Server is located on the same
machine. CVSNT version is 1.11.1.3. Very often Wincvs can't connect to cvsnt
with following error message:

Wincvs 1.2:
cvs [update aborted]: Couldn't connect to hro0030c, named pipe error 6

Wincvs 1.3:
cvs [update aborted]: Couldn't connect to named pipe on remote machine:
Error 64

Both programs use cvs.exe from cvsnt

Any ideas?
