In this case you will if you enable the Repository Prefix setting on the CVSNT
server. For example:
Repository on CVSNT is located in F:\CVSREPO\DATA
Set Prefix to F:/CVSREPO

Then use this on Unix to connect: :pserver:user at cvsserver:/DATA
