[Cvsnt] How to add a second repository?

I got it working!
My original mistake was indeed not stopping and starting. Since I
could not get to the repository from WinCVS and it did not show up in
the applet, from then on I looked into the applet. It still does not
show up in the applet, IMVHO this is a bug. But I can access both
repositories from CVS now.
