[cvsnt] CVSWeb annotate is broken - cvsnt Build 57a

OK, checked it twice. Installed now 1.93.2.2.
The error 500 now disappeared, but the page then never finishes.

I'm not really sure, since it worked before I have installed
CVSNT Build 57a.

I performed some more tests with older versions of CVS.EXE.
The results: build 52 fails. Running CVS.EXE of builds 40 and 41
together with cvswebnt annotate works. So something happened also
to CVSNT.

And which CVSNT version is running on your system?
