Just to let you all know I haven't fallen off the planet, and your many
patches and suggestions have not gone astray - I've just been very busy.

Please accept my humble apologies for not being more diligent!

I am going on a much deserved holiday for a couple of weeks and on my return
(after I catch up on my e-mail) I will hopefully have more time... :)
