[Cvsnt] Do all CVSNT users have to be a vailid NT user or be alias to one?

Im using pserver and cannot create a user unless I alias him to some "real"
user?

Is the standard way of doing this by creating an NT user like "cvsuser" and
then aliasing all accounts to him?

Also, what if I want to give certain users read only access?  Can I do it
this way.

create user
alias user to cvsurser
add their username to the "readers" file in cvsroot

Thanks for all of your help, I have come a long way in a day and a half.
