[Cvsnt] Access method

I'm using client version NT 1.11.1.1 and server 1.11.1.3  Build 57a).
This configuration (client/server) is working good with ntserver mode, but
when I update on client side to version 1.11.1.3,
a receive error:

CVS [edit aborted]: the :ntserver: access method is not supported by this
port of CVS

Why ???
