[Cvsnt] cvs integration with PVCS Tracker?

Hi,

I'm working on a project where we need to integrate cvs with PVCS Tracker so
that when a commit is requested it launches Tracker and allows you to link
the files being checked in to Tracker issue numbers.

Has anyone done this with cvs?  Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.
