[Cvsnt] A problem to launch service

Sorry, the service is failed during the launching. I did not change
anything, merely restarted the computer. The CVS applet in the control
panel do not say nothing, and Services applet says:

"Could not start the CVS NT Service 1.11.1.3 (Build 57c) service on
Local Computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an
internal Windows error or an internal service error. If the problem
persists, contact your system administrator."

Suggestions?
