[Cvsnt] How to add newsserver to XP-Pro?

Probably dumb, but since I did not find it myself I thought I'd ask...
I want to add to my IIS that is running on my XP-Pro machine the
capability to handle news. This is so I can test loginfo and notify
agains a newsserver. So I thought that it was just a matter of going
to the IIS control applet and add the NNTP service. But there is
nothing about news there...
Pls give me a hint as to where I can start looking.
