[Cvsnt] problem after creating repository

Hi

   I am new to CVS. I have installed it on NT machine and created repository and is  running fine.  How can i attach my application folder to repository.  Actually i dont know what to do after installing and setting up the server running?. How can i add some thing to repository?.. i dont know, i am completely new to proceed after installation. Please he lp me out.
