[cvsnt] Is cvsnt stable for live environment?

Hi friends,

I've worked with Microsoft VSS and now we are planning
to CVS. As our clients are windows based, we need to
go for CVSNT. I've a question bugging from long time,
Is CVSNT stable ?(Heard CVS is stable only on Linux or
*nix)  Is it good to use in Production environment. 

I'm waiting for suggestions from the ppl who have
really worked with CVSNT on live environment. Please
comment and suggest me.
