You have not stated the CVSROOT you are using when operating CVS, but I think you are
bypassing the CVSNT server by the use of the :local: directive.
Otherwise you are not working in a sandbox, you must check out the files first before you
can work on them. Checkout creates the Entries files among others.

Hi,
I have installed the latest version of CVSNT (CVSNT 1.11.1.3 (Build 57i)) on a Win2000 machine. I have created a repository, added users and can connect both locally and from client machines.
When I try to add I get the following message (which appears to be a bug according to the cvs manual). Can anyone help?
