Hi
You should define d: as a repository prefix on the server yielding an
effective CVSROOT like this:
:pserver:Nt4\ibsdp at server2:/cvs
Which will the exact one you use in the -d argument.
Regards,
anders

Subject: [cvsnt] CVS Client in Linux connect to CVS Server in NT.
Hi all,
I'm a newer of CVS.
I have used CVS Server in Windown NT (use pserver protocol) and WinCVS
Client in Windows 9X. They works well.
CVSROOT is: "Nt4\ibsdp at server2:d:/cvs" (without double-quotes).
Now, I would like to try using cvs client in Linux:
The command login "cvs -d
:pserver:ibsdp at server2.vn.ibs-dp.com:local:d:/cvs login" return "Bad
CVSROOT" error.
Please help me how to use cvs client to login to CVS Server in Window
NT.
Le Ngoc Thach!
