[cvsnt] CVSNT and WSAD

Thanks!
I did remove the "prefix" option and CVSNT works
well with WSAD. I have a group of users all aliased
to "cvsuser" and each of us can access the repository
from his or her workstation and edit/merge files.
This scheme keeps the CVS userIds separate from the NT
userIds.
