[cvsnt] CVS Issue...

Hi,

I have a problem in CVS where while Commiting a file,
it gives me the following message. I know that I need
to go and delete the Cvs.Lock file in the particular
sub-directory but while I do the Commit transaction
only it appears and then it goes away. What do I do?

cvs [server aborted] : error writing to lock file 
/cvsroot/repos/MultiVoIP/bin/mvpt1.bin

Please Help!
